Successful Subsea Load- Out Completed at 5 Whistles Quay

🚢 We have successfully completed the load-out of four subsea structures at the 5 Whistles Quay – a key milestone of the Fram Sør offshore project delivered for Aker Solutions, OneSubsea AS and Equinor.

Each structure weighs 350 tonnes and measures 20 × 23.7 × 15 m. The project was executed at our facilities over 13 months, covering a full scope of fabrication and assembly works – from structural fabrication and piping installation, through installation on suction anchors, anti-corrosion protection, to functional testing.

⚙️ The load-out operation was carried out using the stationary cranes of the floating unit UHL FORCE, requiring precise planning, close coordination and the highest safety standards.

🌊 The structures will now be transported to the Fram Sør oil and gas field in the North Sea, approximately 70 km from Bergen.

With nearly 6,000 tonnes of subsea structures delivered to date, subsea remains one of Mostostal Pomorze’s core areas of expertise. Projects like Fram Sør confirm our capabilities in delivering complex offshore solutions in line with international quality standards.
